I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. Not only did the staff go above and beyond to make me feel welcome, but they also surprised me by upgrading my room to a supreme superior suite with a breathtaking Nile view at no extra cost. the room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities one could wish for, including a well-stocked mini-bar and comfortable sitting area. I was truly impressed by the on-site travel office, which not only helped me explore the best of Cairo but also assisted in making reservations for dining experiences seamlessly. the top-roof restaurant provided a stunning view of the Nile, creating a memorable dining ambiance. the breakfast spread was delectable, offering a wide variety of options to cater to every palate. the convenient location of the hotel made it easy for me to explore the nearby attractions with ease. In conclusion, Novotel exceeded all my expectations and provided me with a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Cairo, as it combines excellent service, top-notch amenities, and a prime location to make your visit truly special.
